Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. DoctApp is available on monthly and annual subscription plans. You can cancel anytime. Annual plans come with a significant discount compared to monthly billing.
Is there a setup fee or hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges. The Starter plan includes free setup. Professional and Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding manager as part of the subscription. Some Enterprise add-ons (like on-site training) may be quoted separately.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Professional later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time from within the DoctApp admin dashboard. All your existing data — patients, appointments, records — carries over instantly.
How does pricing work for multiple branches?
Multi-branch management is available on the Professional plan for up to 3 branches, and on the Enterprise plan for unlimited branches. Each branch can be managed independently or under a centralised head-office view.
Is my hospital data secure on DoctApp?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use role-based access control so only authorised staff can access patient records. Our infrastructure is hosted on ISO-certified cloud data centres within India.
